1. Acceptance of Terms

• By using the Site or Services, you confirm that you have read, understood, and agree to these Terms of Service.
• If you represent an organization, you confirm that you have authority to bind that organization to these terms.

2. Limitation of Liability

• W4DEV is provided “as is” without warranties of any kind, either express or implied.
• To the fullest extent permitted by law, W4DEV will not be liable for direct, indirect, incidental, or consequential damages, including loss of data, profit, or business interruption.
• You assume responsibility for costs associated with servicing or repairing equipment or data resulting from your use of the Site or Services.

3. License

• Our WordPress plugins and themes (the “Products”) are released under the GNU General Public License (GPL). The exact version is stated in each Product’s license file.
• An active license key may be required for support and updates. Products may continue to function after a license expires, but downloads, support, and new updates will be unavailable.
• Automatic license renewals may be offered through our payment platforms to provide uninterrupted updates and support.
• Orders placed through our checkout are processed by Paddle.com, which acts as the reseller and merchant of record. Purchases made on a marketplace such as Envato are subject to that marketplace’s own terms.

4. Ownership and Use

• W4DEV retains ownership of its branding, documentation, website materials, and other proprietary assets. Product source code remains subject to its applicable software license.
• You may not claim exclusive ownership of W4DEV Products or redistribute paid packages, license keys, account access, or proprietary materials without written permission.
• User accounts, license keys, and subscriptions are non-transferable without written consent from W4DEV.

5. Refund Policy

• Eligible Products include a 14-day money-back guarantee from the date of purchase unless a product page states otherwise.
• We welcome feedback with refund requests because it helps us improve our Products.
• Review the Refund Policy for eligibility, exclusions, and request details.

6. Warranty

• Products are provided “as is.” We do not guarantee compatibility with every browser, hosting environment, WordPress configuration, or third-party extension.
• Review available demos, requirements, and documentation before purchasing to confirm that a Product is suitable for your needs.

7. Product Updates

• Unless otherwise stated, each purchase includes one year of updates from the purchase date.
• We aim to maintain compatibility with current WordPress releases, but cannot guarantee perpetual updates or backward compatibility.

8. Account Suspension and Termination

• We may suspend or terminate accounts for abusive or fraudulent behavior, licensing violations, security concerns, or other material breaches of these terms.
• Suspended or terminated accounts may not be reinstated.

9. Privacy

• We do not sell or rent personal data to third parties.
• Your use of the Services is also governed by our Privacy Policy.

10. Lifetime Deals

• If a “lifetime” deal is offered, it applies to the Product’s active development lifetime, not the lifetime of a customer or organization.
• W4DEV may end a Product’s active lifetime with reasonable notice, after which updates or support may no longer be provided.
