1. Try Before You Buy
We encourage you to test our products before purchasing. Free plugins, live examples, documentation, and tutorials are available so you can make an informed decision. Our support team is here to help if you have any questions.
2. 14-Day Money-Back Guarantee
If our product doesn’t meet your expectations within 14 days of purchase, we’ll offer a full refund, subject to the eligibility terms below.
3. Refund Eligibility
- Refunds are valid only within 14 days of the original purchase.
- We reserve the right to refuse refunds if there is misuse or bad faith.
- No refunds are offered for discounted or promotional purchases, product upgrades, renewals, or customization.
4. Resolving Product Issues
Please contact our support team first if you experience any bugs or issues. We’ll do our best to resolve them before processing a refund.
5. Automatic Renewals
Subscriptions renew annually to keep your products updated. Auto-renewal can be turned off at any time; we do not provide refunds for automatic renewals that were not canceled beforehand.
6. Non-Refundable Scenarios
- Unauthorized use or license violations
- Discounted/promotional or customized purchases
- Requests after 14 days of purchase
- Purchases made on unauthorized websites
- Purchases made on a marketplace such as Envato, which are covered by that marketplace’s own refund policy
7. Refund Process
- Contact us at [email protected] with your order details.
- Eligible refunds are processed within two business days via your original payment method. Payments are handled by Paddle.com, our reseller and merchant of record, so the refund appears from Paddle.
